Nona Swaner, age 76, was born on March 24, 1936, in Dallas, and passed away on March 11, 2013, in Rockwall,
She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Edwin Swaner; and a brother, Gary Stewart.
She is survived by her son, Chuck Swaner of Rockwall and his wife Diana; sister, Sharon Payne of Rockwall; and two grandchildren, Christyn and Chad Swaner.
Funeral service was held at 4:30 p.m. March 14, 2013, with Dr. A.L. Draper officiating. Interment followed at Wylie Cemetery.
Arrangements were under the direction of Allen Funeral Home in Wylie.
