Lee Charles, age 84, was born on Feb. 15, 1929, and passed away on March 17, 2013. 

He is survived by his children, Tammy Lynn Charles of Highland Village,

Pamela D. Malone and her husband Tony of Greenville, James Lee Charles and his wife Kathy of Denton, and Toni Lee Charles of Oregon; one sister, Dorris Bridges of Abilene; eight grandchildren, Michelle Johnson, Kelly Walker, Dustin Hall, Brandon Bitrich, Brittany Bitrich, Amber Charles, Daniel Bell and Michaela Charles; and five great-grandchildren. 

He is preceded in death by one granddaughter, Shawnda Malone; one brother, Bill Charles; one sister, Marge Reid; and one brother-in-law, H.T. Bridges.

Visitation will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 20, 2013, at Allen Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Thompson Cemetery in Copeville.

Arrangements are under the direction of Allen Funeral Home of Wylie.
