Funeral services for Ledon Bramlett, 70, of Wylie, were held Feb. 14, 2013, at Allen Funeral Home in Wylie.  Burial followed at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery.

The Rev. Roger Berghauser officiated.

Mr. Bramlett passed away at his residence in Wylie on Feb. 9, 2013.

He was born Oct. 25, 1942, in Stuart, Okla. to the late George Bramlett and Betrix Cole Bramlett.

He served in the U.S. Army.  Ledon’s wife of 49 years was Charleen Wigington, and they were married on Nov. 8, 1963, in Wylie.

Survivors include his wife, Charleen Bramlett of Wylie; son, Doug Bramlett and his wife Jamie of Lucas; sister, Wilma Daniels of Vega; and two grandchildren, Avery Bramlett and Cole Bramlett.

Arrangements were under the direction of Allen Funeral Home of Wylie.
