Douglas Lee (Doug) Gilcrease, 63, of Wylie passed away on Sept. 18, 2012, in Dallas.

He was born in McKinney on Feb. 14, 1949, to the late David Alfred Gilcrease and Mattie Jewell Cannady Gilcrease.

Survivors include his children, Tammy Fleck, Tracy McKeown and Leslie McCarty; sisters, Louise Gilcrease, Gladys Price, Pauline Duer, Pinkie Bardin and Rhonda Nelson; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, David Alfred Gilcrease and Mattie Jewell Cannady Gilcrease; and brother, R.B. Gilcrease.

Memorial services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 22, 2012, in the Allen Funeral Home Chapel with Walter Calhoun officiating.

Arrangements were under the direction of Allen Funeral Home of Wylie.
