Barbara Ann Verner of Nevada passed away at her residence on Saturday, July 28, 2012.
Barbara was born in Nacogdoches on Aug. 28, 1945. Her parents are the late J.D. and Minnie Pauline (Olds) Brookshire. Barbara married Lanny Ross Verner on Sept. 25, 1964.
Surviving Barbara is her husband, Lanny Ross Verner Sr. of Nevada; daughter, Angela Charmaine “Angel” Hutchison of Lavon; son, Lanny “Ross” Verner Jr. of Chicago, Ill.; and seven grandchildren.
Memorial services were Tuesday, July 31, 2012, at 3 p.m. in the Allen Funeral Home Chapel. The Revs. Bud Bonner and Kenneth Verner officiated.
Funeral services are under the direction of Allen Funeral Home.
