Funeral services for Earl C. Wilson, of Wylie, were held May 4, 2012, at the Wylie Church of Christ.

Mr. Wilson died at Garnet Hill Rehabilitation and Skilled Care May 2, 2012.

He was born in Nov. 1, 1947, in Newton, Kan.

Mr. Wilson was employed as a custodian at Wylie ISD 1990-1995 and at Allen ISD from 1995-2011. He was well loved by all his co-workers at Reed Elementary.

He enjoyed baseball, football and golf. He loved going to all the kids’ ball games.

Survivors include his wife, Regina Wilson; children, Jeffery Wilson, William Gentry, Crystal Parks, Brandon Gentry, Wynell Keesling, Vicki Royse, Georgina Koehn; brothers, Terry Wilson, Randy Wilson, Larry Wilson, Kirby Wilson, Kevin Wilson, Jimmy Wilson; sisters, Karen Jasso and Carla Welch; and eight grandchildren.
