A memorial service for Sidney Jean Pannell Flygare, 77, was held March 9, 2012, at Allen Funeral Home Chapel.

She was born Jan. 2, 1935.

Survivors include her husband, Ervin Flygare; sister, Jessie Stitt and her husband John of Corpus Christi; and six children, Richard G. Sydnor Jr. and his wife Glenda, Kevin R. Sydnor, Bobbie Woods and her husband James, Jodi Agnew and spouse Jan, Joann Flygare and Clay Flygare and his wife Jennifer; grandchildren, Brandon Sydnor and his wife Brittany, Blake Sydnor and his wife Jenny, Bailey Gardner her husband Joseph, Nick Sydnor and his wife Rosalind, Nicole Sydnor, Josh Sydnor, Ashley McLaughlin and her husband Blaze, Jaime Woods, Jacquelyn Woods, Trent Franklin, Larissa Mitchell and her husband Randy, Jessica Helms, Caitlan Noel Burton, Landin Flygare, Tristan Flygare and Chey Rose Flygare; great-grandchildren, Jade Gardner, Adalyn Sydnor, Jax Gardner, Jackson Sydnor, Blaise Ellis and Kadence McLaughlin; and nephews and nieces, Danny Lamb, Dana Garland, Marsha Stewart, Gary Yarbrough, Vernon Yarbrough and Debbie Oliver.

She was preceded in death by siblings, Melvin Pannell Jr., Lonnie Pannell, Virginia Bell, Edith Smith and Pansy Cannon; and her parents Melvin A. and Ida Bell Pannell.

Arrangements were under the direction of Allen Funeral Home of Wylie.
