Funeral services for James Franklin Skinner, 81, of Princeton, were held Jan. 14, 2012, at Charles W. Smith & Sons Funeral Home in McKinney.

Mr. Skinner died Jan. 12.

Survivors include his wife of 34 years, Martha; children, Mike Skinner of Terrell, Cathy Skinner Arnold of Copeville, Benny Kelso of Jacksonville, Fla., Kay Allen of Wylie and Renah Mashburn of Rowlett; sisters, Geraldine Snell of Lone Oak and Dorthea Nell Williford of Garland; his special friend, Tommy Allen of Wylie; 10 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; and his loving companion, his little dog Millie.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James Park and Estelline Skinner of Wylie, one daughter, Robin Skinner, and one son, Tracy Skinner.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that a donation be made to the Wylie High FFA Supporters Club in Jimmy Skinner’s name.  The address is P.O. Box 2281 Wylie, Texas 75098.
