Funeral services for Kenneth R. Wilson, 66, of Wylie were held June 16, 2011, at the Allen Funeral Home Chapel.
Pastor John Earl Taylor
officiated.
Mr. Wilson died June 10 in Plano.
He was born Jan. 14, 1945, in Dayton, Ohio, to the late William Kenneth Wilson and Roberta Wampler. He married Sue Dutey July 27, 1968, in Ironton, Ohio. He was of the Methodist faith.
Survivors include his wife, Sue Wilson of Wylie; children, Sean Kenneth Wilson and his wife Jennifer of Austin, Erica Sue Wilson of Austin; sister, Kathy Wilson Kranz of Dayton, Ohio; and two grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the ARDS Foundation, 3330 Dundee Rd., Suite C4, Northbrook, Ill. 60062 or ARDSUSA.org.
Arrangements were under the direction of Allen Funeral Home of Wylie.
