Recitation of the Holy Rosary for Carey Don Brownlow, 53, of St. Paul is planned for 7 p.m. June 24, 2011, at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Wylie.
Mr. Brownlow died May 24 in St. Paul.
He was born Dec. 2, 1957, in Lubbock to Donald Keith and Lawanda Janice (Hatcher) Brownlow.
He lived in the Dallas area most of his life. He received a BA in accounting and business info systems. He was an Information Technology manager for over 20 years at Leggette Actuaries, Inc., currently Daily Access. He also was a CPA.
He served in the US Navy. He was an Eagle Boy Scout and avid outdoorsman who loved to fish, hunt and garden. He enjoyed sports including soccer, scuba diving and wakeboarding.
Mr. Brownlow was a parishioner at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Wylie.
He married Anna Marie Joseph June 29, 1985, in Portsmouth, Va.
Survivors include his wife, Anna Marie Brownlow; daughter, Kaitlin Brownlow; mother, Lawanda Brownlow; sister, Deborah Ann Anglin; nephew, Robert Anglin; and numerous cousins, aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Brownlow and uncle, Gilbert Hatcher.
Arrangements were under the direction of Charles W. Smith Funeral Home of Sachse.
