Funeral services for Jeffrey Dean Fultz, 40, of Nevada will be held May 27, 2011, at Lone Star Cowboy Church in Nevada with John Spencer officiating.

Mr. Fultz died May 19.

He was born Oct. 2, 1970, in Middlesboro, Ky., to Benny Carson Fultz and the late Betty Gean Smith Fultz.

In addition to Kentucky, he lived in Tennessee and moved to Texas when he was 3 years old. He lived in Farmersville, where he graduated from high school. He married the former Ashley Blevins March 16, 2002, and they made their home in Nevada. Mr. Fultz worked as a truck driver for North Texas Municipal Water District for the last 13 years. He was a member of the Lone Star Cowboy Church in Nevada. His family said he was an outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping. He also enjoyed CB radios.

Survivors include his wife, Ashley of Nevada; father, Benny Fultz of Farmersville; sons, Scotty Dean Fultz, Dustin J. Fultz and Drey Garrison Fultz, all of Nevada; brothers, Dwayne Fultz of Lubbock and Dale Fultz of Fort Worth; sister, Sebrina Pelton and her husband Michael of Farmersville; and several nieces and nephews.

Arrangements were under the direction of Ingram Funeral Home in Quinlan.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Ashley Fultz Memorial Fund, American National Bank, 301 S. Hwy 78, Wylie, TX 75098.
