Funeral services for Kay Daniel, 77, of Simms were held May 2, 2011, at Calvary Baptist Church in Simms.
Mrs. Daniel died April 29 in Garland.
The Rev. Steve Minter and Aaron Crawford officiated.
Mrs. Daniel was born Feb. 26, 1934, in Lakeview, N.C.
Survivors include her sons, Wayne Daniel and his wife Cheryl of Wills Point and Wendell Daniel and his wife Natalie of Wylie; daughter, Debbie Caraway and her husband Tommy of Simms; sister, Peggy Hobby of Butner, N.C.; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a special niece, Deanna Lovelace of Artesia, N.M.; and other nieces and nephews.
Memorials in Mrs. Daniel’s name may be made to the Women’s Heart Foundation, P.O. Box 7827, West Trenton, N.J. 08628.
