Interment followed in Rest Haven Memorial Park.

Mr. Silbaugh died March 9.  He was born June 21, 1947, in Waterloo, Iowa, to Everett and Velma (Mumby) Silbaugh. He was an electrical engineer retired from Raytheon and a member of First Baptist Church Rockwall.

Survivors include his wife, Tessle Rose (Alvar) Silbaugh of Wylie; son, Clayton Martin of Wylie; daughters, Angela Simpkins and her husband Ferris of Lavon, Tracy Alisa Conejos of Thailand, Christine Raphaele Conejos of Thailand, and Stephanie Conejos of Wylie; sisters, Gloria Boudreau of Fort Myers, Fla., Marcelyn Rarick of South Bend, Ind., Karole Grace of Wylie, and Candace Boyd and her husband John of Tulsa, Okla.; and grandchildren, Lauren and Walker Armstrong, Ty Simpkins and Ashley Martin. 

Mr. Silbaugh was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Walter Silbaugh.
