Roger Dale Eaves, 61, of Wylie, died Dec. 24, 2010, in Wylie.
He was born Nov. 11, 1949, in McKinney to Curtis Eaves and Mildred Marie Eaves.
He worked for General Telephone, GTE, and Verizon for 34 years before retiring in 2004.
Survivors include his children, Melanie Dawn Eaves of Wylie and Curtis Dale Eaves and his wife Latisha of Wylie; sisters, Vivian Scott, Judy Eaves, Kathy Schiller and Linda Ammerman-Hampton; grandchildren, Sara Nicole Eaves, Mackenzie Dale Scott, Matthew Christopher Eaves, Lane Grant Scott and Autumn Marie Eaves.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mildred Marie Eaves and Curtis Eaves; brother, Curtis Wendell Eaves; and grandson, Jacob Noah Eaves.
