Alma Akerman Bell

Funeral services for Alma Akerman Bell, 80, of Celeste were held Dec. 27, 2010, at the Allen Funeral Home Chapel. Interment followed at the St. Paul Cemetery.
Deacon James and Ricky Sualters officiated.
Mrs. Bell died Dec. 22 in Dallas.
She was born Nov. 11, 1930, in Sacred Heart, Okla., to the late Donald Akerman and Teresa Disesta. She married the late William Robert Bell Aug. 11, 1951, in McAlester, Okla. 
She was a member of the St. William Catholic Church in Greenville.
Survivors include her daughter, Barbara Maynard of Celeste; brothers, Chris Akerman of Konawa, Okla., and Billy Akerman of Konawa, Okla.; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Arrangements were under the direction of Allen Funeral Home of Wylie.
