Memorial services for Valerie K. Branch, 53, of Allen, will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 18, at the St. Jude Catholic Church in Allen with Father Tuan Lee officiating. 

Mrs. Branch died Nov. 12, 2010, in Dallas.  

Mrs. Branch was born in La Porte, Ind., Sept. 28, 1957, to  John J. Klusas and Virginia A. Klusas. She married Brett Henry Branch Nov. 19, 1987, in Honolulu, Hawaii.  She was a member of the St. Jude Catholic Church in Allen.

Survivors include her husband, Brett Branch of Allen; stepdaughter, Bridget Horne, her husband Bruce and their children, Benjamin and Andrew of Bellevue, Wash.; father, John Klusas of Richardson; and sister, Paula Klusas King of Sharon, Mass.

Memorial donations may be made to the Valerie Branch Rheumatic Disease Research Fund at UT Southwestern Medical Center, P.O. Box 910888, Dallas, TX 75391-0888.  

Funeral services were under the direction of Allen Funeral Home of Wylie.
