Funeral services for Winnie Mae Plumlee, 76, of Rowlett were held Oct. 29, 2010, at the Abundant Life Church in Garland.  Interment followed at the Van Alstyne Cemetery in Van Alstyne.

Pastor Glynn Davis and Pastor Robert Wheat officiated.

Mrs. Plumlee died Oct. 26 in Rowlett.

She was born Sept. 29, 1934, to the late William Thomas Johnson and Etta H. Strong.  She married Alvie Plumlee Nov. 18, 1950, in Durant, Okla.

Surviviors include her husband, Alvie Plumlee of Rowlett; children, Elizabeth “Reba” Dudley of Comanche, Deborah “Debbie” Campbell of Forestburg and Alvie Plumlee Jr. of Rowlett; sister, Mary Lou Morris of Sherman; grandchildren, E.J. Cernosek, Christina Cernosek, Bobby Campbell, Renee Cochran, Jody Plumlee and Jered Plumlee; great-grandchildren, JonBrady Campbell, Lucas Campbell and James Campbell.

Arrangements were under the direction of Allen Funeral Home in Wylie.
