Funeral services for Joe Glenn Paysinger, 65, of Pottsboro were held Aug. 9, 2010, at the First Christian Church of Princeton.  Interment followed at the Wylie Cemetery.

Mr. Paysinger died Aug. 6 in Pottsboro.

He was born July 20, 1945, in Princeton to R.C. Paysinger and Paula Miller Paysinger.  He was a member of the Elks BPOE #238 and a reserve officer for Collin County.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Paysinger; children, Johnny Paysinger, Angie King, John and Joseph; mother, Paula Paysinger; sister, Donna Cartmill; and three grandchildren.

Arrangements were under the direction of Allen Funeral Home of Wylie.
