Funeral services for Sandra Lee Combest, 69, of Garland were held July 18, 2010, at the Cornerstone Assembly of God Church in Rowlett.  Interment followed at the Kreymer Cemetery.

Pastor Allan Gregory officiated.

Ms. Combest died July 15 in Garland.

She was born Sept. 23, 1940, in McKinney to the late Alton Jessie Combest and Lorna Lee Rich Combest.

Survivors include her children, Lavona Martindale and her husband Larry of Wylie and Kelly Brown of San Diego, Calif.; brothers, Lloyd Combest and his wife Mary of Lake Creek and Don Combest and his wife Geneva of Venice; sisters, Betty Weeks and her husband Kerry of Wylie and Reba Haughtlin of Lake Creek; and three grandchildren.

Arrangements were under the direction of Allen Funeral Home.
