Funeral services for Frances Joann Crane, 77, of Wylie were held July 8, 2010, at the Funeral Home Chapel.  Interment followed at Plano Mutual Cemetery.

Mrs. Crane died July 5 in Rowlett.

She was born June 8, 1933, in Lubbock.

Survivors include her loving husband of 53 years, Billy Crane of Wylie; daughter, Terrie Boston and her husband Neil of Wylie; son, Ray Crane and wife Kim of Sanger; grandchildren, Stefanie Castorena and her husband Victor of Sanger, Amanda Richardson and her husband Brian of Denton, Makayla Boston of Wylie; great-grandchildren, Carmen Castorena and David Richardson; siblings, Mary Etta Hale of Ralls, Sam and Roy Shoemaker of Ralls, Mary Alice Wilson of Escondido, Calif.; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.  She was preceded in death by siblings, Elzie Brown, David Shoemaker, Kittie Lee Beck, Harold Shoemaker and Jimmie Richardson.

Arrangements were under the direction of Ted Dickey Funeral Home of Plano.
