Noah and Susie Hale are happy to announce their 70^th wedding anniversary.

Mr. and Mrs. Hale were married on July 11, 1942, in Hugo, Okla.  Mr. Hale left immediately after their wedding to serve in World War II for the U.S. Navy.

Mr. Hale retired from Texas Instruments in Dallas, and Mrs. Hale retired from Wylie Butane in Wylie.

The Hales are parents to the late Lanny Hale, Mike Hale of Fort Worth, Steve Hale of Jacksonville, Fla., and Jeff Hale of Wylie. They have eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
