Wylie East's Sarah Scott punched her ticket to the State Cross Country Meet with a fifth place individual at Saturday's Region II meet. The freshman ran a personal best 11:52 at Vandergriff Park. The state meet will be run Saturday, Nov. 13, at Old Settlers Park in Round Rock.
